Schoollync addresses the intricate information flow needs of the school community which primarily consists of the school, teachers, students and parents. In addition to featuring all the common communications among the community, it is carefully designed to make sure that all parties involved receive all communications available to them.
For Teachers

When you sign up as a techer, all you need to do to get connected is to add classes to an existing school or create a school and add classses, add subjects to the classes and add students at the subject level. Wiht this you are able enjoy the entire set of features of the app.
For parents

Parents are able to sign up upon receiving invitation from teachers into their email. Parents see the list of their children they have regitered. For each child, they then get a dashbaoard of information they have received for that child. Follwing features are available:
– Notification of arrival of new messages
– Leave/absence form
– Receive homeowrk, project, assignment or exaamination
– Announcements
– Miscellaneous messages sent by teachers
For students
Students benefit from the connection between the teacher and the parent, since the app acts as a one stop shop repositoy to receive and retrieve all the communications from the teacher.
